Adult Services
Adult Services works to maximize an individual’s independence and inclusion in the community by increasing vocational opportunities, strengthening independent living skills, and improving social competencies.
Adult Services programs are available to individuals over the age of 18 with physical and developmental disabilities and a variety of visual, hearing, speech, and learning impairments.
Children’s Services
In Children’s Services, all children are encouraged to grow at their own pace and to their full potential. Blossom Philadelphia/Best Friends provides an opportunity for children with and without disabilities to play and learn together in a high quality early childhood program.
Early Intervention (EI) Program provides supports, services, and consultation to families, caregivers, and children birth to five years old who qualify for early intervention services.

Community Social Services
The Community Social Services program assists individuals with disabilities and their families in the community by providing advocacy, information and referral, and problem-specific support services.
Blossom Philadelphia responds to thousands of requests each year for information in areas such as health and education benefits, funding for home and vehicle modifications, and assistive technology.
